Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $15 fee for the inconvenience. All NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be held responsible and must pay 100% of the scheduled service cost they missed. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will not be tolerated. Also, there may be times where a service may go past the scheduled time due to the possibility of a scalp condition or depending on the need of the customer. So please do understand that every customer is important and every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!
