No call/No shows will be held responsible for missing their scheduled appointments. Those persons will have to pay the entire amount of the service missed before any other service may be rendered to them. No pay, no service.

The is a 10min grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you exceed past the 10min, you will have to reschedule your appointment and charged a $15 cancelation fee.

Any cancelations must be done at the latest 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a $15 cancelation fee.
